COPYING, MOVING, OR DELETING BLOCKS OF TEXT A. To copy a block of text to a new location, position the cursor at the start or end of the block to copy and choose Copy Block from the Edit menu, or use the Ctrl-C shortcut key. Use the cursor control keys to highlight the entire range to copy and press return to select this entire range. Now position the cursor to the desired new location and press return to complete the copy. Try this below. 1. Copy the block from here. >> Copy This Block << 2. Copy the block to here. B. To move a block of text from one location to another, position the cursor at the start or end of the block to delete and choose Move Block from the Edit menu, or use the Ctrl-B shortcut key. Use the cursor control keys to highlight the entire range to move and press return to select this entire range.
